Position Overview: The Education Trainer plays a vital role in providing professional development and training to educators, administrators, and educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design, develop, and customize training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions based on the specific needs and objectives of educators, schools, districts, or educational organizations, incorporating best practices, research-based strategies, and innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Facilitation and Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, presentations, and workshops to educators and school staff, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques, technology tools, and multimedia resources to promote active learning, collaboration, and skill development. Curriculum and Instructional Support: Provide guidance, resources, and support to educators in curriculum development, instructional design, assessment practices, and the integration of technology to enhance teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and learning outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Teaching certification or licensure with demonstrated experience in K-12 education or adult education/training. Proven experience in designing and delivering professional development/training programs for educators, with knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and assessment strategies. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, convey complex concepts clearly, and foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
