Our client is a remarkable multinational retail company with a great brand name in the industry. Established over 100 years ago, they have set HK as their regional APAC office. Currently they are hiring a Regional Demand Planner to join the team. This is a new headcount.about the job.
As a Regional Demand Planner, you will ...-Capture monthly sales forecast into the system by the required deadline
-Ensure that all forecasts are in alignment with the budgets and quotas of SKUs
-Ensure all forecasts are consistent by conducting sales analysis based on previous history as well as data cleansing
-Monitor and control the KPI demands for best accuracy of forecast
-Participate in any projects relevant to Demand & Supply Planning
-Make sure supply and demand plans are reconciled with respective teams in order to prevent surplus inventory or shortfalls for new launches, production shortages, or unforeseen demand spikes
-Drive supply chain continuous improvement through on-demand analytics, KPIs tracking and root causes analysisskills & experiences required.
-Degree or Diploma in Business Operation and Management, Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent.
-5 year of experience in demand planning, preferably in a regional position
-Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
-Ability to perform effectively in a team, in a fast-paced working environment
-Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
-Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
-Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact resultsabout the benefits.
