Business Systems Analyst: SAP End User Support - Order Management

- Provide hands-on support to end users in navigating and executing order management tasks using SAP.
- Troubleshoot issues, errors, resolve incidents, and act as a liaison between technical teams and end users within a business function.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom enhancements, interfaces, configuration updates and reports focusing on pricing, order management, delivery, billing and customer master data.
- Analyze existing order management processes, systems, and data flows.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives.
- Track and monitor incoming support tickets related to order management in SAP.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Analyze trends across different types of support tickets.
- Identify recurring issues and their root causes.
- Collaborate with teams to drive process and system changes aimed at reducing the number of submitted support requests.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement enhancements.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Recommend innovative solutions to drive strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ECC / S4 HANA Sales & Distribution implementation and support
- Proficiency in Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Availability Check, Billing and Invoicing, and Credit Management.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills and effective communication.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
