- Possess the ability to learn and develop strong knowledge of the jewelry industry, including the various types of jewelry and their unique manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with jewelry stores, designers, and manufacturers to generate sales opportunities
- Promote and sell a variety of tools and equipment related to the jewelry industry
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Attend trade shows and events to promote products and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors' activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in tools/equipment sales
- Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows and meet with customers
