The Training Supervisor will design, develop and execute trainings to close performance gaps.Duties & Responsibilities:

Identifies training needs of the organization in line with technical and skills through job analysis, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), consultation and coordination with different department heads and projects
Designs and develop Learning Modules on Leadership, Work Values, Change management, Technical Skills enhancement, and etc.
Conduct and facilitate in-house training programs
Evaluate and monitor to ensure effectiveness of trainings.

Qualifications:

At least 2-3 year(s) of work experience in Training Dept/Human Resources Dept.

Requirements, Comepetencies, Skills:

Excellent communication and writing skills (Tagalog and English)
Passionate on Learning and Development, a people person
Organized, proactive, multi-tasker and result oriented
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City.
