- Build & own leadership level relationships with Cisco Security Business Unit, Product Specialist Teams, Sales & Channels.
- Proactively enable the WWT sales and engineering teams to properly identify, size/scope, sell, and deliver Cisco opportunities and solutions. evangelize WWT capabilities and differentiators to Cisco Federal teams. Produce digital content (blogs, video blogs, labs, podcasts, and presentations) in coordination with WWT and technology partner marketing teams for internal and external use around Cisco Security.
- Engage with WWT clients; understand customer needs and design solutions that address these needs both short and long. Analyze and assess client-facing challenges, identify recommendations for solutions and define a strategy and roadmap to implement such solutions successfully.
- Develop Cisco technical labs and Cisco demos within the WWT Advanced Technology Center that align with the federal GTM Security messaging and customer demand.
- Collaborate with Sales teams on product capabilities, solution scoping, road mapping, and alignment with solutions for Cisco security solutions with products ranging from Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Cisco Secure Firewall (Firepower), Cisco Secure Client (AnyConnect), and Enterprise Segmentation. Provide subject matter expertise in emerging security trends (Zero trust, DevSecOps, Microservices, IAM, Authentication, RBAC, containerization, cloud, Access Controls, Networks, etc.)
- Develop reports and supporting presentations for both client and internal discussions with excellent communication skills that need to be demonstrated to internal and external teams. Present at customer forums, internal events, conferences, tradeshows.
- Support all stages of program and capture efforts from designing solutions to RFx response and collaborating and teaming with Systems Integrators.
- 10 or more years prior experience as a Technical Solutions Architect, Systems Security Engineer, or a similar role.
- Knowledge and direct experience in the Federal procurement process including proposal building or support and preparing formal responses.
- Have broad subject-matter experience and able to field discussions across the spectrum of cybersecurity whether technical or strategic.
- Proven experience with Cisco security products and solutions.
- Familiarity with Cisco Secure Firewall, Cisco Secure Access, and other Cisco security products.
- Strong understanding of network security and compliance best practices.
- Must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, and the ability to work with team members at all levels.
- Must be a performance-driven team player with a superior attitude.
- Experience in handing and responding to RF"X".
