- Manage nightly cabin roll call assignments.
- Serve the needs of campers and parents with patience, compassion and confidence.
- Execute housing assignments for campers.
- Efficiently communicate needs and safety concerns.
- Manage accountability of all campers on-site throughout each week.
- Coordinate camper birthday announcements and celebration.
- Execute pre-season set up, end of season close out, playbook review, and reporting.
- Facilitate onsite camper laundry processes.
- Organize daily camper housing inspections.
- Communicate all maintenance needs to uphold safe and sanitized facilities.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have customer service experience
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, comfortable presenting and deploying new technologies
- Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time
- Demonstrated broad technical knowledge of management techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Is creative. Can conceptualize ideas. Can think "outside the box". Has the ability to implement ideas.
- Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team
- As a requirement of this position, pre-hire criminal history clearances are collected from the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) system, child abuse clearances are obtained through the Department of Public Welfare, and federal history is taken through FBI fingerprint screening.
- Reliable transportation required
- Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50lbs.
- Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor all-season environment.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings:
- On-site work attendance at Woodward PA
- Pre-camp / Summer Camp Season (June 9th - August 18th)
- Develop a mindset to always help or cross train with all staff and departments
