Roles and Responsibilities :1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the beverage industry and our products and services.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials that support sales efforts.6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.7.
