Exceptional restaurants and lounges, two golf courses, multiple tennis courts and more complete our offerings.OverviewWelcome Center Officers are the first point of contact for Saddlebrook Resort guests and are expected to have outstanding communication and customer service skills. Welcome Center Officers monitor access to the resort, ensuring safe facility points of access through ID verification and maintaining communication with the rest of the security team. Candidates must be responsible, reliable, mature, courteous, consistent, fair, and positive.Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain safe facility points of access through ID verification
  • Uphold and enforce all resort policies
  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all patrons
  • Attend all staff trainings meetings, in-services, and shifts as scheduled
  • Be knowledgeable of all things related to resort operations including all programs and services that we offer and any events that may be occurring on properties
  • Remain visible and approachable to all patrons
  • Other duties as assigned.
