- Installation Coordination: Oversee and manage the complete flooring installation process, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with installation teams to allocate resources effectively, provide necessary job details, and ensure that quality standards are met.
- Product Management: Responsible for ordering products and ensuring that all materials required for installation are available and delivered on time.
- Installer Support: Provide ongoing support to installers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials to complete jobs effectively.
- HOA Liaison: Act as a liaison with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) to secure necessary approvals and comply with community guidelines.
- Logistics Management: Handle the receiving, storage, and organization of flooring products.
- Scheduling: Schedule installations and ensure that timelines are met to avoid delays and maximize team efficiency.
- Former Installation Experience: There are a lot of nuances with flooring. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of flooring installation experience.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and handle physical activities related to receiving and moving flooring materials.
- Experience: Proven competence in production management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing customer expectations and interacting with diverse groups.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with order management software and basic computer applications.
