- Develop CPQ Strategy through collaboration among key stakeholders representing different functions across multiple lines of businesses.
- Defining business problem statements with feedback from our clients and developing solutions to address key business problems.
- Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams and other stakeholders.
- Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines user stories with Scrum teams.
- Creates Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.
- Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested.
- Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
- Applies appropriate program management and Agile approaches to promote a disciplined value delivery process that provides transparency for CRM for Service product roadmaps.
- Exemplifying the commitment to continuous improvement by staying informed about approaches to client service technology, to help FIS deliver world class client experiences.
- 5-10 years’ experience working with Oracle CPQ and Sales platforms.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills that exemplify a commitment to partnering with our stakeholders in resolving support requests.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of systems up and downstream from Dynamics 365 for Service (CRM) such as Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service Now, email systems, chat systems, social media platforms, survey tools, feedback tools and client service engagement platforms.
- Expertise in Portfolio and Project management and agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and SAFe.
- Experience with work management tools such as Jira, Planview, Aha!, ServiceNow.
- Strong critical thinking, decision making, negotiation, organization, prioritization, time management, analytical and people skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
