Are you adept at navigating the digital landscape to uncover new business opportunities? We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth through targeted outreach efforts.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Outreach: Utilize a combination of cold email, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify and engage potential prospects and candidates.
- Campaign Development: Develop and execute tailored outreach campaigns, including building lists, enriching data, and testing and iterating on email copy for maximum impact.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects and candidates through personalized communication and follow-up.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM or other system of record, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize outreach strategies, documenting successful playbooks, templates, and processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support to prospects and candidates, addressing inquiries and building FAQ playbooks to streamline communication.
- Exceptional Written Communication: Strong command of written English with the ability to craft concise, compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.
- Business Development Acumen: Proven track record of success in business development roles, demonstrating the ability to drive results through strategic outreach initiatives.
- Systems Thinking: Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and a knack for leveraging technology to streamline workflows and drive productivity.
