- Pre-event planning and coordination for the Quantum Trip, Round Tables (virtual and in-person), national company meetings, and various customer appreciation events.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support with event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and attendee registration.
- Setup and manage event registration portal and
- Work with the marketing team to develop event collateral and content including presentations, agendas, promo material, gifts, and post-event resources.
- Assist in planning and organizing customer events, various internal & external meetings, and supporting customer success programs.
- Ensure that event content aligns with the interests and needs of our target audience and Polyglass Strategic Plan.
- Implement strategies to drive attendance and engagement for each event, leveraging various channels such as email communications and direct outreach.
- Monitor attendee feedback and satisfaction to continuously improve the event experience.
- Evaluate the success of each event based on key performance metrics such as attendance, participant feedback, and take-aways from the event meetings.
- Generate post-event reports and insights to share with internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and customer feedback loop process.
- Provide support to Customer Experience and Customer Success activities.
- Responsible to provide any administrative, coordination, and/or similar support as required.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, RegFox) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, in event planning and coordination, preferably in a customer-facing role.
