- Ensuring that Health & Safety rules are adhered to and deliver safety/operational performance targets.
- Comply with all Tarmac Building Products Policies & Procedures.
- Supporting continuous improvement of process, plant and production.
- Effective completion of operator preventative maintenance tasks
- Balancing the time covering operation and cleaning of the production line.
- Building working relationships with other production and maintenance personnel.
- Good time keeping and Flexibility.
- Ensure products of high quality are efficiently produced
- Possess good communication skills and be numerate.
- Be a proficient communicator.
- Be a good team player.
- Have experience of manual handling
- Willingness to work 24/7 continental shift pattern. Rota: 12hr shift pattern averaging 42hrs per week.
Week 2 Wed/Thurs night shift (24hrs).
Week 3 Mon/Tues day shift followed by Fri/Sat/Sun night shift (60hrs).
