If you are passionate about providing exceptional oncology care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, compassionate care to patients with cancer.Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate the care of patients throughout their treatment journey, including admissions, chemotherapy infusions, symptom management, and supportive care services.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with oncologists, rheumatologist, nurse practitioners, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.Patient and Family Support: Provide education, emotional support, and resources to patients and their families, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment decisions and self-care.Symptom Management: Assess and manage related symptoms and treatment side effects, implementing appropriate interventions to enhance patients' comfort and quality of life.Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Coordinate palliative care services and facilitate discussions about end-of-life care preferences, ensuring patients receive compassionate support and symptom management throughout their journey.Community Outreach: Engage with community organizations, support groups, and resources to provide holistic support to patients and families as needed.. Participate in community events and educational programs to raise awareness about prevention, screening, and treatment options.Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery of care and patient outcomes.
