Descrizione aziendaKNET HUMAN RESOURCES is a consulting firm, leader in national and international recruitment, for C-Level and Temporary Management, Top & Senior Management, Talent Acquisition and international Search.We act as a Business Partner in Search and Selection, through our specialized units for companies and professional firms.PosizioneAn estabilished company, part of an international group, is looking for an experienced INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS CONTROLLER, who will be based in their Milan offices.The person would be fluent both in Italian and English to be part not just of the local team, but to deal regularly with various international teams and departments as well.The ideal candidate has a significant experience in a manufacturing context and excellent master of SAP (FI and CO modules).Main objective of the roleYou will report directly to the local and international managers and will take care of all analytics, strategic and reporting activities, supporting the company in taking the decisions and the corrective actions needed.Activities and responsibilitiesProfitability analysis per Business Unit and Operations areaPresentation of monthly results to local Management Team and Business Unit/Regional ControllersManagement of budgeting and forecasting processesManagement of standard costs and monthly variance analysisSupporting the team in preparing the monthly closuresPreparation of reports to parent company (monthly and quarterly closures)Intercompany Prices calculationInvestment analysisRequisitiStudy: Economic Degree or similar background/knowledgeExperience: At least 5 years of experience in a medium-sized production plantLanguages: Fluent English, spoken and written to deal daily with the rest of the international groupTECHNICAL SKILLSAdvanced knowlegde of cost and operation controllingExperience of data analytics and reportingAbility to draw and present action plans and corrective measuresAdvanced knowledge of Office, in particular Excel and PowerPointAdvanced knowledge of SAP, FI and CO modules.
