Job Description Summary :Perform accounting & reporting activities for the assigned business unit in accordance to Standard Level Agreement (SLA)Job Description :General AccountabilityPerform day-to-day posting, allocations, and accrual recording of General Ledger for the assigned business unitPerform intercompany reconciliation and clearing for other account in regular basis, including to identify and resolve unreconciled issuesPerform pre month-end activity (e.g. balance sheet account review, bank reconciliation, check AP/AR) correctly and in timely mannerPerform month-end/year-end closing activities for the assigned business unit correctly and in timely mannerMaintain the reporting templates and prepare financial reporting for statutory and management reportingPerform inventory journals adjustment posting and perform reversal (if needed) for assigned business unitPerform deferred tax journals posting and perform reversal (if needed) for assigned business unitService Management and Continuous ImprovementDeliver service excellence and maximize customer service and satisfactionDevelop effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersMaintain professional attitude during service delivery and resolution of issuesEnsure that service levels and targets are met per Service Level AgreementsPerform problem tracking and ensure that issues are escalated in a timely manner and properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolvedIdentify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions so the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective mannerAudit and ComplianceEnsure current processes, operations, systems, databases and information security are up to date and comply with proper accounting and legal principles/policies/procedures, including GAAP and othersSupport auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities – ensure staff and information as available as requiredJob Requirement :Bachelor Degree in Accounting with GPA 3.00Min. 1 year of experience as accountantFresh graduates are welcome to applyDetail and result orientedGood in analyticalCan work in a team, and in any situation (closed to deadline must work over time)Agility to learn, and responsible for their work"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
