You will be responsible for assisting Field Service Technicians with replacing parts, troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices in a hospital setting with the support of an on-site team. Work is assignment based.Responsibilities:Assist field service staff with organizing, testing, updating medical devices, installing/configuring hardware, software, and network productsManually move and carry medical equipment and un-box medical devices from shipping or storage containersSet-up and organization of equipment and workstationsConduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configurationAssignment-based schedule working per diemTravel nationally to support customer needsProvide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.Provide on-the-job training (OTJ) for new hires.Complete other duties at the discretion of managementRequirements:Minimum of 1-2 years of technical experience in a hospital setting preferred. Other Field Technician experience in healthcare setting will be considered.An active and unrestricted driver license and a personal vehicle for local work related assignments are required for this position.
