Apart from our core real estate development services, we specialize in tailored and thorough property management solutions for various residential building sites. This is a commercial real estate company focused on low-income housing.About the Role:
A virtual assistant for a real estate company. The hired candidate for this role will be paid to take a tax credit course.Responsibilities:
  • Managing paperwork - follow up/ follow through
  • Reaching out to residents
  • Document in a timely manner
  • Handling phone calls as necessary
  • Follow up on late payments, setting of proper expectations with tenants
RequirementsTo succeed in the role, you need the following qualifications:
  • Must have at least of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Must have a strong internet connection
  • Must have general understanding of loans
  • Must have have the ability to stay on track and stay on top of things
  • Must have knowledge in Excel, Docusign, Adobe, QB, Yardi - nice to have
  • Good to Excellent English communication and written skills
  • A plus: Experience working in real estate
  • A big plus: background or knowledge in US tax credit
