A virtual assistant for a real estate company. The hired candidate for this role will be paid to take a tax credit course.Responsibilities:
- Managing paperwork - follow up/ follow through
- Reaching out to residents
- Document in a timely manner
- Handling phone calls as necessary
- Follow up on late payments, setting of proper expectations with tenants
- Must have at least of 3 years of relevant experience
- Must have a strong internet connection
- Must have general understanding of loans
- Must have have the ability to stay on track and stay on top of things
- Must have knowledge in Excel, Docusign, Adobe, QB, Yardi - nice to have
- Good to Excellent English communication and written skills
- A plus: Experience working in real estate
- A big plus: background or knowledge in US tax credit
