Job Overview Sinclus, a Mumbai-based staffing services provider, is seeking a Safety Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization. This is a full-time position based in Panipat, Haryana, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Safety Engineer, preferably in a similar industry Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards Familiarity with hazard identification and risk assessment techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks Provide safety training to employees and contractors to ensure proper understanding of safety protocols Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement safety measures Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in safety engineering Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments Participate in safety committee meetings and provide recommendations for improving safety performance Assist in the development and review of emergency response plans
