WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality management systems programs for our clients which are compliant to applicable industry standards.
  • Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting standards, regulatory / statutory requirements, customer requirements, and any other applicable mandate to ensure compliance by our clients
  • Work directly with our clients' operating entities to provide process analysis to enforce requirements adherence
  • Lead audits, support resolution of audit findings and act as a liaison between audit groups through various audit stages (planning, conducting, reporting and closure)
  • Provide guidance in mandated documentation based on the requirements and support in writing, auditing or training on these documents, as required.
  • Work with our clients stakeholders to provide expert advise on risks, opportunities, and consequences of changes to or deviation from defined policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Develop workshops based on various topics as requested by our clients
  • Project management of projects
  • Prepare regular reporting to our clients on status, deliverables, and foreseen roadblocks in meeting timing and expectations
WHO YOU ARE:
  • You have a bachelor's degree (or higher) with technical orientation, or comparable degree.
  • You have 5+ years experience in the automotive industry.
  • You are an IATF certified auditor with current credentials.
  • You have proficient knowledge of AIAG Core Tools.
  • You have proficient knowledge IATF16949 and / or VDA 6.3 and their requirements; Certified auditor would be a plus.
  • You have experience in auditing, including planning, conducting and closing audit findings.
  • You have hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
  • You have a project management mind-set to lead client projects.
  • You show strong problem solving abilities and time management skills to help drive solutions for client deficiencies.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • You are self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are willing to travel.
  • You are legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Familiarity with OEM customer specific requirements would be a plus
