- A valid State of Indiana Real Estate License
- Vast knowledge of property law, property specifications, legal guidelines, procedures, and policies
- Ability to work quickly with numbers and analyze data.
- Multitasker who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with a variety of people
- Ability to generate, work with and understand, demographic studies, environmental research, and financial analysis about the properties you will be offering for sales/lease.
