By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.THE JOB:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceProvide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areasConduct daily inspections, briefings and schedule meetings with employeesAssist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employeesAssist with administrative functionsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent2+ years of prior relevant experience in Environmental ServicesPREFERRED:6+ months of prior relevant experience in guest services or guest contact positionExperience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment
