  • 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2+ RSA Authentication Manager 8.x engineering experience (administration and server support/patching experience).
  • 2+ Linux command line experience.
  • 2+ Windows OS and Registry experience.
  • 2+ Windows agent support.
  • 1+ Splunk experience (reports and reviewing for troubleshooting purposes).
  • 1+ Syslog configuration knowledge.
  • 1+ AMIS server API knowledge and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Web Tier support experience.
  • Eagerness and openness to contribute throughout every aspect of their responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of common cloud platforms - Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services.
  • Scripting/programming - ability to design, write, update, and troubleshoot code to resolve issues using Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Engineering deliverables.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Engineering.
