Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityAs a Sr Legal Operations Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and corporate M&A team in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions. You will be responsible for conducting due diligence, coordinating drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Your expertise in M&A or other corporate transactions and attention to detail will be essential in driving successful outcomes for Honeywell.You will report directly to our General Counsel - Corporate Transactions, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by providing critical support to our legal team and contributing to the successful execution of M&A transactions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the implementation and maintenance of legal technology tools and systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline legal processes and improve efficiencyManage and optimize legal department processes and workflowsManage the legal department budget and track expensesCoordinate with internal stakeholders, including finance, tax, and HR teams, to ensure smooth execution of transactionsEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the M&A processManage relationships with other external vendors and service providersYOU MUST HAVE5+ years of experience, with a focus on M&A or other corporate transactionsStrong knowledge of legal department operations and best practicesExcellent project management and organizational skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesWE VALUEAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsCommitment to ethical conduct and professional integrityABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
