The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.Job DescriptionTribe GIP/ Delivery and Operations Super Squad is responsible for the provisioning and operation of the global IP VPN for Deutsche Telekom's large and business customers, from ordering through operation to termination of the customer contract.Tasks:Manages his/her squad to support the strategic business plans determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit.Professional leadership:

Professional management of the employees of the responsible squad.
Gives professional guidance to squad members.
Determines the amount of time and resources needed for the tasks to be performed.
Professional management of cross-tribe and cross-functional squads.
Demand-optimized requirement and use of resources together with the respective chapter leader.
Liaison between squad team and stakeholders.

Team development

Develop and convey a vision for the squad.
Motivate and inspire the team.
Give regular feedback.
Entrance gate for all technical requirements for the squad team to implement them.
Recognize qualification needs and qualification through the Chapter Lead.

Qualifications

1-3 years leadership experience (advantage)
1-3 years experience in agile working methods
3+ years experience in Provisioning processes (advantage)
Excellent German and English communication - written, verbal and negotiation skills
Strategic Thinking

Personality:

Ability to define and meet deadlines and targets
A quick learner willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Confidence and presence to deal with colleagues at high level
