- Create and maintain efficient and effective schedules for employees
- Oversee daily operations and ensure restaurant is meeting quality and service standards
- Monitor food and labor costs to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Collaborate with other departments within the lodge and conference center to ensure a seamless guest experienceRequirements:- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
