  • Accurately read and follow blueprints and engineering plans to execute on-site structural work.
  • Perform on-site welding and joining of steel components, ensuring structural integrity and alignment with design themes.
  • Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and other construction team members to ensure seamless integration of steel structures into the overall theme.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks of steel structures, addressing any issued promptly.
  • Operate tools, heavy machinery and equipment required for on-site steelwork.
  • Interpret blueprints and design documents to accurately fabricate steel structures
  • Strictly adhere to safety requirements and equipment guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill
  • Demonstrated experience in structural steel erection and assembly in a construction environment.
  • Skilled in welding and fabrication techniques.
  • Strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of industry-standard safety practices.
  • Capacity to apply common sense to detailed instructions and handle standardized situations.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints is preferred.
  • Forklift and light equipment operations experience is a plus.
  • OSHA/safety training is preferred.

Work Environment
