You will be responsible for leading an international team of Delivery Managers to support the successful and on time delivery of customer's complex spares orders for the Grinding, Bulk and Pyro (GBP) Business Line. The GBP Business Line consists of Grinding, Stirred mills, HPRGs, Bulk Material Handling, Kilns and Pyro Processing equipment.This position is mainly located in York, PA but we offer flexible hybrid schedules.Team you belong toYou will join a team of Quotation and support experts dedicated to overseeing, coordinate and monitor the execution of complex spare part orders that have specific order handling, purchasing, manufacturing, and/or logistics requirements.We work closely with internal // external stakeholders around the organization. Our team culture is all about getting things done in a timely manner, and capable of solving issues. The members in our team are in York (PA), Sala (SE), and Vadodara (IN).What you'll do
  • Responsible for developing and managing the global team's competence, capability, and capacity to execute and deliver complex sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Drive, coach, and support the teamĀ“s work to ensure successful completion of the orders in a timely and technically complete manner.
  • Monitor the global workload across the team to ensure proper service levels are achieved.
  • Ensure team provides overall oversight, coordination, monitoring, and communication of the cases to stakeholders throughout the delivery of the order and according to contractual requirements, corporate processes, and guidelines.
  • Ensure deliveries are carried out efficiently in line with agreed schedules, quality, and cost.
  • Maximize the business outcome and customer experience.
  • Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
Who you are
  • Four (4) Year applicable Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Eight (8) years' experience in supply chain, order or project management, or sales support.
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred.
  • High sense of urgency and the ability to develop action plans and meet deadlines.
  • Business and relationship oriented
  • Must understand and have the ability to implement our BU/BL strategy, and fully understand the financial requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, plus co-operation, interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external interfaces.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce applications is preferred.
