• Business Development: Actively participate in efforts to attract new customers, contributing to the salon's growth.
• Continuing Education: Attend training and education sessions to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
• Product Recommendations: Recommend at-home hair care products based on clients' needs, promoting long-term care beyond the salon visit.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must hold a valid license issued by the state of Georgia.
• Preferred 3 year of experience.
• Preferred training or certification from a hair styling or cosmetology school.

• Salon level hair tools and equipment.

• Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the field of hair styling and care.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental and intermediate styling techniques.

• Client Portfolio:

• 10-20 clientele upon entering employment at the salon.

• Certifications:

• Holds at least one certification in an intermediate-level hair cutting, coloring, or styling technique.

• Professional Social Media Presence:

• Maintains a professional social media presence on at least one platform with 100-1K or more followers.
• Demonstrates an ability to showcase work and engage with the audience to contribute positively to the salon's online presence.

• Team Collaboration:

• Collaborates effectively with other stylists to ensure a cohesive and positive salon environment.
• Continued Education:

• Actively pursues ongoing education in the latest trends and techniques within the beauty industry.
• Client Consultation Skills:
