Embodies the Values of HRM EnterprisesFull Job DescriptionFast-growing Ecommerce Division of Hartville Hardware is looking to grow its Customer Service Team.As we sell on multiple marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.), customers are constantly contacting us via phone and email with questions, comments, concerns, and to place orders. As we continue to grow, our ability to facilitate the volume of customer contacts is crucial to our continued success.We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about providing world class customer service to be a part of our growing customer service team.Key Functional ResponsibilitiesProvide direct inbound (phone and email) customer service for ecommerce consumersSuggest process improvementsWork with other Customer Service Team, Warehouse personnel, and Buyers to provide top-notch customer service from the front end to the back end (order listing accuracy, order placement, adequate order tracking, processing of order returns, etc.)Other duties as neededCritical Skills and Attributes for SuccessTechnology Skills: Should have basic computer understanding and be willing to learn the online marketplace structures and ordering system in place.Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate (phone, email, in person, etc.) with management, team members and of course, customers. Must convey professional and helpful image. With customers especially, an attitude of thankfulness and empathy are important!Judgment: Should have good problem-solving skills, and be able to think on feet.Self-motivated: Expected to hold themselves accountable, take initiative, have pride in their work, and strive for continuous improvement.Schedule:28 hours per weekSchedule will involve working either 9am - 6pm or 12p-6pm through the week and Saturday from 8-4 or 9-4pm
