  • 1 - Provide technical support to other Project positions for specialist aspects;
  • 2 - Analyse and understand Tender documentation;
  • 3 - Define Discipline list of activities and deliverables and coordinate activities in accordance with Project schedule;
  • 4 - Identify technical queries, deviations and alternatives to be submitted;
  • 5 - Implement bidding methodologies, design criterias and guidelines;
  • 6 - Define and issue Request for quotation for not estimated in-house items;
  • 7 - Coordinate material quantities and weight estimation;
  • 8 - Prepare engineering manhour and material cost estimations;
  • 9 - Support the Proposal Manager during technical clarification meetings with the Client;
  • 10 - Ensure the achievement of the assigned goal and the fulfillment of the Project quality and contractual requirements. Take the necessary corrective actions within the Discipline Project Team to meet the assigned goal. Report to the TM for more extensive problems;
  • 11 - Define list of activities and deliverables, setup time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements;
  • 12 - Ensure Discipline Project progress, monitor and control manhour consumption;
  • 13 - Prepare technical annexes for engineering activities to be subcontracted;
  • 14 - Ensure subcontractor coordination and monitoring/reporting to PM of the Discipline budget costs;
  • 15 - Ensure proper Discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks and approval of all Discipline Project documents, including Vendor ones;
  • 16 - Track and report to TM Discipline scope of work changes updating manhour and cost estimates;
  • 17 - Provide technical support to Project functions including Procurement and Construction;
  • 18 - Support PM in technical interfacing with the Client (according to TM);
  • 19 - Define and issue Purchase Requisitions;
  • 20 - Ensure Technical Bid Evaluations;
  • 21 - Ensure Vendor follow-up activities;
  • 22 - Provide technical support for the definition of the Discipline construction inspection plan;
  • 23 - Manage Vendor inspection test plan approval and support post order activities;
  • 24 - Support the construction team in implementing the engineering solutions at site F-Home office activities;
  • 25 - Verifiy manhour and cost estimates;
  • 26 - Check key Project documents according to internal procedures;
  • 27 - Support Project teams to solve non standard technical issues;
  • 28 - Update Discipline workflows and technical standards;
  • 29 - Support execution plan definition;
  • 30 - Monitor Discipline Project KPIs;
  • 31 - Participate to Vendor technical qualification and to procurement strategy definition;
QUALIFICATION: Technical or Scientific High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial EngineeringKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: C2LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: N.A.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 - 12 years in energy plant designIT SKILLS:
  • Familiar with MS Office;
  • Basis knowledge of at least one 3D Model software (i.e. AVEVA E3D, SMARTPLANT 3D, etc);
  • Basis knowledge of Autocad and/or Microstation.
