Intertek possesses the ability to supply an internationally experienced, technically qualified contingent workforce to augment client staff.The Technical Recruiter will be involved in different Energy sector projects in the East and Central Europe Region. He/she will be responsible to research, select and contractually manage qualified technicians performing full-life cycle recruiting, from sourcing the candidate to the placement of the identified employee or contractor.What you’ll do:

Act as an HR Partner, receiving and carrying out directions and priorities from Management, prioritizing recruiting activities to provide coverage for all job order requirements.

Evaluating candidates, extending and closing offers.

Contract negotiation, preparation, and admin activities.

Providing timely and innovative recruiting results and solutions to customers.

Mining internal and external databases for qualified candidates. Contributing to the candidate pipeline database.

Maintaining current recruitment tools and postings of all external job orders (e.g., Internet resources).

University Degree.

Fluent in English and Romanian.

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably gained within the Industrial, Construction and Energy sectors (Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Renewables, etc).

Ability to manage multiple job order requirements.

Excellent customer service, teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and strategic thinking skills.
