- Act as an HR Partner, receiving and carrying out directions and priorities from Management, prioritizing recruiting activities to provide coverage for all job order requirements.
- Evaluating candidates, extending and closing offers.
- Contract negotiation, preparation, and admin activities.
- Providing timely and innovative recruiting results and solutions to customers.
- Mining internal and external databases for qualified candidates. Contributing to the candidate pipeline database.
- Maintaining current recruitment tools and postings of all external job orders (e.g., Internet resources).
- University Degree.
- Fluent in English and Romanian.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably gained within the Industrial, Construction and Energy sectors (Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Renewables, etc).
- Ability to manage multiple job order requirements.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and strategic thinking skills.
