- Ensure highest level of Process Quality & Service Excellence.
- Ensure cases are checked in correctly and identified on the call list as needed.
- Organize, allocate, and respond to emails from the master account, accordingly.
- Promptly relay issues and concerns to appropriate area with follow up to ensure resolution.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Verify the digital cases are checked in and imported promptly and accurately into Inventrix software.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries to completion.
- Be courteous and treat external as well as internal customers with respect.
- Organize work area for highest function and efficiency.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Verbally communicate via telephone – maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Verbally communicate with all levels of staff – maintaining a positive attitude.

- Detail-oriented – ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Required: Minimum 12 months experience in a Customer Service role or in a dental environment.
- All office equipment
- Perform tasks at multiple workstations – standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Some lifting between 5 to 20 lbs. may be required.
