In this role, you will maintain and deliver compensation programs in support of the company’s philosophy, culture and strategy. The position requires providing ownership of all compensation data—including management and upkeep of our salary structures, bonus and incentive programs, etc. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills with analytical capabilities and superior business acumen. The ideal candidate also possesses unquestionable personal integrity, fairness and inclusivity.A day on the job looks like this:
  • Benchmarking against external market data and providing analysis on internal equity
  • Maintaining compensation-related procedures and practices, including the annual raise process, promotions and adjustments, incentive plan reviews and employee investment programs
  • Playing a lead role in our job-leveling project, ensuring the structure and processes set in place are scalable and maintained long-term
  • Driving program improvements that attract, motivate and retain top talent
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the HR team is seen as a valued strategic partner
  • Managing data within technology solutions related to compensation programs
  • Liaising between employees, leadership and consultants to provide a top-notch, personalized brand of service
  • Leading the evaluation of our total compensation package by using resources to review, evaluate and propose recommendations
  • Partnering with management on projects and other duties as assigned
QualificationsGot the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience working with compensation programs and data management, including data analysis, salary structures and benchmarking with specific experience supporting compensation for a company of 1,000+ employees
  • Proven expertise with HRIS systems and compensation management tools with advanced skills in Excel
  • Flexibility to seamlessly adapt and pivot in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment
  • Superb data analysis, reporting and insight-gathering to measure the success of compensation programs and initiatives
  • Strength and ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent judgement, maturity and dependability while handling sensitive and/or confidential information
  • High emotional intelligence; trustworthiness, transparency and self-motivation

  • Salary: $80,000-$90,000 with an annual bonus of up to 10%
