This is a contract to hire job opportunity.Primarily responsible for setting up new internet for clients and troubleshooting any IT internal issues or external issues with the equipment.Responsibilities for this Technical Technician job include:
Perform general trouble shooting on equipment or hardware drive
Review work orders, read plans, diagnose or designs to determine appropriate processes to be performed
Customer service abilities as some clients maybe upset with service not working
Will travel with Senior Technicians to different client locations
What we look for:
Some mechanical ability.
Strong computer and internet knowledge skills.
Problem solving and troubleshooting ability for internal and external issues with IT
Must be comfortable connecting computer, printers, and other devices to internet
Ability to work effectively independently and with others
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8/8:30am to 5pm
