- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with HR leaders on billable projects, to ensure their HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned and supported by SAP SuccessFactors HCM products and our innovation roadmap.
- Leading practices and benchmarks: Leverage SAP's leading practices and benchmarks as a foundational tool to identify and act on opportunities to enhance the HR function for our customers.
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Develop comprehensive process maps and document key requirements and change impacts. This information serves as a guiding tool, enabling our clients to effectively implement new processes.
- Employee Experience: Collaborate with HR teams to design processes that are customer-centric and emphasize positive interactions in every moment that matters.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest HR and business trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to position yourself and SAP as knowledge leaders.
- Continuous improvement: Play an active role in maintaining and refining SAP's leading practices to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with the dynamic landscape of industry standards.
- Consulting Experience: 4+ years of consulting experience, with a profound understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ideally Employee Central Payroll; Experience within a professional services organization highly preferred
- HR Expertise: A solid understanding of human resources principles, practices and regulations is essential; This knowledge will enable you to effectively design and optimize HR processes from a global, large enterprise perspective.
- Business Consulting: Proven leadership skills in running workshops and the ability to influence stakeholders is paramount; Your role will be to drive adoption and integration of new HR processes and changes.
- Superlative Communication: Excellent communication skills are a non-negotiable; You should be able to articulate complex ideas with clarity, engage both technical and non-technical audiences, and foster a spirit of collaboration.
