Specialist People Operations (Full-time or Part-time)

- Monitor & report employee data accuracy & completeness in the core HRIS system (Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management) and related documents issued by local People Teams. Identify and address any non-compliance issues.
- Conduct spot checks on process compliance around Employee-Life-Cycle Management and others.
- Analyze & extract HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement or to contribute to monthly KPI overviews.
- Participate in frequent virtual meetings with local People Operations Teams and other stakeholders, be back-up call host.
- Fully support internal and external audits mainly but not only related to employee-life-cycle management.
- Create process maps, work instructions, guidelines mainly around Employee-Life-Cycle Management if required.
- Provide training on new procedures and/or system functionalities on Employee-Life-Cycle Management to internal stakeholders if required.
- Coordinate & contribute to global HR activities related to employee onboarding, merger & acquisitions etc.
- Support implementation of new HR software solutions or enhancement of functionalities in existing systems.
- Support annual salary review and own resolution of certain parts of it (communications to local People Operations Teams, prepare mass letters etc.)
- Collaborate with your peers, other People Team members and other departments to gather feedback and information to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-years work experience in Human Resources (preferred in HR Operations) in an international corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (or similar HRIS solutions).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Self-organized, pro-active and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Very good English language skills mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to work within a global organization with stakeholders from various regions.
- Right to work in Czech Republic as EU member state.
