We're on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.   • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusting relationships with our clients, ensuring successful recruitment for their studies.
  • Effective Communication: Excel in verbal and written communication, presenting, and handling difficult clients with finesse.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Addresses challenges proactively to ensure client projects stay on track. Determines root cause of issues and collaborates with clients and team members to ensure mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage the full recruitment process, demonstrating excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Continuous Learning: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our recruitment process to guide and educate clients effectively.
  • Consultative Upselling: Identifies opportunities for Total Recruitment upgrades and additional rounds.

This Position Is Ideal For You If You:

  • Are willing to work with overlap between US and EU business hours for client calls: A minimum of 4- 5 hours overlap with this timezone is needed.
  • Experience: This is an entry level position. While B2B customer service experience is valued, we are willing to train up the right person.
