- Payroll Input Preparation – Prepare payroll input for Slovakia and share with country HR / finance.
- HR Service Delivery – Deliver transactional, standard HR services in a timely / SLA basis through the company case management tool (case management of various HR domains like recruitment, voluntary departure, employee data & info, incentives & reward, etc.).
- HR Process Simplification & Automation - Aligning HR process having deviation & variation so that process can be standardized at global level or at least regional level to minimize documentation & errors. Identify the HR processes that can be automated & build project plan for the implementation.
- Process improvement – Identify and report process issue or dysfunction and propose solutions for streamlining, improving our standard processes.
- Analysis and reporting – Provide support for analyzing and collating relevant HR data in reports to enable effective decision-making by other HR functions and the business (e. g. headcount reports, performance management progress, etc.).
- HR Data Management – Help in the timely processing of HR data transactions and data auditing with High Accuracy.
- Customer liaison & relationships - Liaise with local HR consultants in the HR international perimeter to help understand their requirements and provide service excellence.
- At least 3 years of experience within HR/payroll role in Human Resources field.
- HR tools knowledge such as SAP and People Soft
- Experience with payroll is a must.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are must; macros are considered plus.
- Skills in MS Access are considered advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with command over written and spoken English.
- Customer centric approach and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong experience of dealing with stakeholders.
- English advanced level (written and spoken)
