  • Assist department in conducting phone screens and scheduling interview sessions
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Assist department in preparing for associate functions (holiday functions and gifts, luncheons, picnic, family day, service awards, perfect attendance incentives, blood drives, hearing tests, newsletter, etc.).
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Punctual and regular attendance is required.
  • Able and willing to work any shift assigned.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties.
  • Keeps work areas clean and orderly.
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities.
  • Assumes other duties as directed by manager.
