- Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of proven experience writing ads, building, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns
- Experience running multi-channel media including: Google Ads (paid search, display, YouTube etc), Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, TikTok ads, OTT
- Experience in outlining reports to showcase campaign data effectively to clients (Look Studio experience a plus)
- Experience in outlining media plans for multi-channel campaigns
- Experience in setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics
- Experience recommending and implementing adjustments to strategy and/or changes to campaign components to enhance results (example A/B testing)
- Experience with conversion landing page tools
- Experience with email platforms
- Proficient at conducting keyword research for paid search and organic search
- Knowledge of SEO tactics like running audits, on page optimizations and structured data/schema markups
- Knowledge of local SEO tactics like Google My Business optimizations and listings management
- Has knowledge and technical understanding of channel-specific terminology for paid digital media, SEO, marketing automation, tracking and analytics, email marketing, and social media
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications
