For one of our customers, we are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager Belux who will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and executing various activities within the different domains of HR for the BeLux region. You will closely collaborate with and report to the Managing Director.
  • You are in charge of the full spectrum of HR operations together with your team members that you guide and coach and act as a strategic business partner.
  • You take the helm in orchestrating the seamless journey of talent acquisition and integration, from managing vacancies to ensuring a warm welcome for new team members.
  • You dive into the realm of benefits and payroll management, overseeing compensation packages, insurance plans, fleet management and HR policies with precision. Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • You forge strong alliances with staff delegation and union representatives, fostering open dialogue and collaboration to cultivate a harmonious work environment.
  • You lead the charge in transformative HR projects, leveraging data insights to enhance processes and elevate the employee experience.
  • You serve as the guardian of compliance, navigating legal complexities with finesse and offering strategic counsel to various departments.
  • Harness the power of communication and culture to cultivate a workplace where every voice is heard and every contribution valued, fostering a positive environment that fuels employee motivation and organizational evolution.
International environment|Based in the North of Brussels
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience.
  • You can demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in a leading and generalist HR role including soft & hard HR responsibilities combined to a proven people management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and social law, with a passion for developing new cases.
  • You have a prior experience in social dialogue working with staff delegation / trade unions.
  • Excellent proficiency of Dutch, French, and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and hands-on mindset.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Our customer is part of an international group having its Belux headquarter located in the North of Brussels.
