We work with clients in different sectors facing a variety of challenges such as mergers and acquisitions, project finance, strategic planning, accounting and tax structuring.As a (Senior) Manager, you will :Assist partners/directors in carrying out valuation and modelling engagementsManage teams, projects and clients on a day to day basisProvide support to junior team members (senior associates/associates) in guiding and reviewing their work outputsPresent valuation/modelling findings internally and externally to clientsBuild a network around your peer group internally within PwC and externallyAssist partners/directors in external and internal business developmentCoach junior staff in a mix of technical valuations skills, financial modelling skills, industry knowledge and soft skills.Assist and take part in various internal initiatives to assist partners and directors in delivering those initiatives (such as digitalization, industry specialization, value creation etc)Work increasingly on integrated service offerings, so you’ll be involved in projects with other Deals teams like Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, Business Restructuring and Debt AdvisoryAbout youWe are looking for a French or Dutch-speaking ManagerMinimum 5 years of commercial, client-facing valuation and modelling work experience ideally in one of the big four, in a bank, in a private equity, in a small boutique or any other relevant structureDirect involvement in delivering and managing valuation and modelling engagements is a key requirement for applying for this positionExperience of carrying out valuations for different purposes (M&A transactions, financial reporting, disputes etc)Hands on financial modelling experienceExperience with PowerBi, Tableau is a plusStrong analytical skills but tempered with an ability to think laterallyStrong attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big pictureAbility to work effectively in teams on occasion to tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills and confidence when interacting with othersLife at PwC BelgiumOur culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
