- Maintenance of fixed assets register which includes calculation of monthly depreciation and booking entry into system.
- To keep the records in Fixed Asset Register in align to Physical Verification Register & Bonded Assets Register.
- Involved in capex forecast which is undertaken on quarterly basis.
- Ensure implementation of agreed financial controls and all actions are within the boundary of accounting standards & principles for purchase and sale of fixed assets.
- Reconciliation of fixed assets register with general ledger on a monthly basis.
- Providing support in collecting billing details from different departments (basis ongoing Master service agreement & SOW with various entities) and thereafter preparation of monthly E-Invoices / credit notes that needs to be raised to respective counter parties.
- Posting entries relating to Invoices, credit notes and maintaining export invoice register.
- Preparation of monthly revenue summary.
- Preparation of debtors ageing report.
- Getting Intercompany balance confirmation from all counter parties.
- Tracking of purpose remittances and FIRC inwards,
- Providing support in regular monitoring of the fund flow requirements by redeeming mutual funds for vendor payments, capex procurements, dividend payment, tax payments etc.
- Passing monthly mutual fund unrealized gain/loss entries and preparation of mutual fund graphs.
- Preparation of monthly actual cash flow summary.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Processing of outward remittances (foreign vendor payments) – volume is very less.
