- Enhance Service Department efficiency for customer satisfaction, sales, and cost control.
- Set annual Service Department goals and budgets in line with organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan, monitor results.
- Recruit, train, and retain key talent.
- Coordinate customer events and negotiate service settlements.
- Manage work-in-progress and rework.
- Implement best practices and standardized processes.
- Submit warranty claims on time and maintain service facilities.
- Fulfill assigned duties.
- High School diploma/GED required (Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a heavy or ag equipment service department (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with John Deere (green), CASE IH, AGCO, Kubota, CLAAS, and other ag equipment OEMs is a plus but not required.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Strong communication, math, and analytical skills.
- Professional appearance.
