- Owns the paid social buys across multiple social media platforms including campaign builds, activation, pacing according to plans, recommending mid-flight optimizations, executing optimizations, reporting and responding to ad hoc requests from their Sr. Director/client team.
- Work with client teams and senior members of the Paid Social team to analyze and provide recommendations for optimizations to ensure optimal performance and client ROI.
- Attend internal and client meetings, and clearly communicate complex topics and updates in a concise manner to both internal team members, and to client teams.
- Work to ensure all campaign builds are QA’d prior to launching including being a QA’er for other team members.
- QA assets from client teams (Planning and Account services) including media plans, insertion orders and creative assets.
- Extract and deliver data driven insights, both qualitative and quantitative, for client reports throughout the life of the campaign; identify optimization opportunities to implement both in real-time and long term.
- File all insertion orders for campaigns and work with Planning teams to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor performance of campaigns daily and alert the team of any issues regarding delivery or performance
- Work towards understanding the client's brand and business including industry trends and seasonality.
- Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality and performance.
- Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners and internal teams (Account, Audience and Analytics).
- Demonstrate proficiencies across key social platforms with an understanding of each of their capabilities, strengths, and advantages in the social space.
- Perform A/B tests of creatives, audiences, copy etc., providing analysis of results, next steps and recommendations.
- QA the work of junior staff members providing actionable feedback.
- Participate in the mentoring and training of junior staff members.
- Contributes to department processes and POVs.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3-5 years of performance based, e-commerce preferred, Paid Social Marketing experience across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin, and X.
- Understanding of the social media landscape and consumer behaviors in the space
- Current paid social certifications (desired).
- Analytical mindset with strategic, critical thinking skills. Strong problem solver who can conceive and create creative solutions to challenges.
- Data-driven and results orientated.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, time management skills and strong organizational skills. Able to be agile and deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent communicator, able to clearly explain complex topics in a concise manner to internal and client teams.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
