- Min. 5 Years Experience as Software Pre-Sales/Software Consultant in Banking industry.
- Preference from Software Principal Technology or Leading System Integration Software Company in Indonesia.
- Having good and proven experiences in technical/pre-sales activities for Enterprise Banking Software Solutions (Switching, Payment System, Card Management System, ESB/Middleware, Digital Banking, Terminal Monitoring, Reconciliation).
- Having experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) business is a plus.
- Having good knowledge and keep up to date with software solutions and technology stack related to Digital Payment, Switching, Cards, and Open Banking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to an audience from C-Level to End User, clearly articulate the value of HCS-IDN software solutions will bring to an organization, gain trusted advisor respect, and help influence, make well executed systems presentations and clearly articulate the benefits of HCS-IDN solutions to customers.
- Able to working from office and ability to working with minimum supervise.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English is a must.
- Must be open, flexible, and creative in regard to time management and scheduling
- Possess strong follow-up skills, the ability to work on multiple tasks, and attention to details.
- Working closely with Account Sales team to drive the Pre-Sales activity by introducing HCS-IDN software solutions and perform presentation & demo (solution benefits, functionality, system architecture, infrastructure topology, project methodology, etc.) to new and existing customers, and to ensure the increasing of winning chance in customers.
- Having proper knowledge in Banking business, IT, and operational, thus could recommend HCS-IDN software solutions that ensures the optimum usage and utilization of solutions and services, this can include a full pre-sales lifecycle from RFI response/requirement analysis, to running a scoping exercise or engage in a prototype/POC (Proof of Concept) for agreed requirements into the software solutions blueprints and journey in customers.
- Having a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of HCS-IDN software solutions.
- Provide comprehensive response according to the Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) from customers, include preparing Solution Proposals with a detailed and professional manner.
- Building good capability in Banking Software knowledge and keep up to date with the latest technology trends to support, and deliver excellent presentations & demo to customers (including creation of product data used to demo the product capability).
- Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demo with consulting approach to customers, also to ensuring that all materials are maintained up to date.
