- Meet with prospective clients to present the company HR consultancy services
- Prospect, generate, qualify, process and actively monitor new and existing leads
- Research clients and market opportunities to increase qualified leads
- Leverage new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media interaction
- Perform in-depth prospect needs analysis resulting in full solutions
- Establish and nurture professional business relationships with clients
- Generate leads for the business, build the sales pipeline and close the deal
- Handle customer questions, inquiries and complaints
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good organizational and planning skills required
- Must be self-driven, focused and goal oriented
- Must be mature and well-established business development executive
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Good negotiation skills
