:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Job Specific AccountabilitiesDevelop and manage the Facilities Management (Hard Services) function to provide safe, efficient, cost effective facilities management services (Hard services). Plan and oversee the Facilities Management (Hard Services) activities in all locations and ensure provision of reliable high standard services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Provide advisory support to General Services - Northern Emirates Northern Emirates Department facilities management operationRequirementsMinimum QualificationB.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Chartered or Certified level with IFMA, AEE, BREEAM, CIBSE or IWFM.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

10 years’ experience in managing facility management, space management & energy management/retrofitting.

Competency in Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems.
